Founding shareholder Roy E. Fitzgerald, III has been board certified as an advocate by the National Board of Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy. His certification date as a Civil Pretrial Practice Advocate is April 25, 2012.  The Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy is the newest division of the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification.
