2013 Most Effective Lawyers Award for Product Liability
On December 6, 2013, Mrachek Law shareholder Gregory S. Weiss was awarded the Daily Business Review’s 2013 Most Effective Lawyers Award for Product Liability for his involvement as lead counsel in a $24 million dollar settlement to remediate a 328-unit building in Boynton Beach, Florida with reactive Chinese-manufactured drywall.
