ESI will be addressed at a user level, to familiarize trial attorneys with the “language” of ESI; address common ESI discovery functions, motions and pitfalls; review ethical obligations when handling ESI issues; discuss recent ESI opinions; and provide insight into current eDiscovery topics locally and nationally.
