Mrachek Law attorney Preethi Sekharan along with the Honorable Alan O. Forst who was recently appointed to Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal, at the March meeting of the Martin County Bar Association.
Forst, who, along with Ms. Sekharan, is a Past President of the Martin County Bar Association, has been the Chair of the Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission (formerly the Unemployment Appeals Commission) since 2001. Forst received his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and his law degree from the Catholic University of America. Forst will fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Fred A. Hazouri.
